Remove log directives

this PR removes the extra logging directives in the service files because i don't use them. The original problem - being every container is logged with 'SYSLOG_IDENTIFIER=conmon' to the journal - which led me to try this approach in the first place, is already fixed in conmon's main branch and will hopefully be in the next release.
